Founded in Vienna, Austria, and operating globally, the ALVIAS Capital & Advisory Group was established over a decade ago with the vision of building a world-class, diversified investment portfolio focused on venture capital, private equity, and real estate businesses in partnership with various entities, both on small and large scales. Under the umbrella of ALVIAS, we actively drive economic results and help create value-adding businesses.

Initially founded in 2014, the ALVIAS Capital & Advisory Group is a globally operating investment and advisory firm, established in Vienna, Austria, with the vision of building a world-class, diversified portfolio focused on venture capital, private equity, and commercial and residential real estate businesses.

Under the umbrella of ALVIAS, we actively drive economic results, growth, and turnaround while helping to create value-adding businesses, both on small and large scales. Furthermore, we provide support during M&A processes and facilitate meaningful connections.
ALVIAS supports its endeavours as a hands-on operator or in a non-executive capacity, offering expert guidance, advice, mentoring, and access to a comprehensive global network, helping businesses and projects achieve their goals. We are also people-centric, hands-on operators dedicated to driving economic growth and creating value-adding businesses that contribute to sustainability, as well as social and societal development.

Our Name, Our Vision
ALVIAS Capital & Advisory Group takes its name as an allegory for the potential of entrepreneurship. Our founder was born in Vienna, a city known for its opportunities, resilience, and sustained growth. Qualities that have shaped our way of thinking.
The Austrian capital, Vienna, like many other Continental European cities, evolved from the small Roman settlement of Vindobona. Despite adversity and setbacks, its people continued to build and expand the city, which today has over two million inhabitants.
'Via' is the Italian term for a path, way, or road, which lies at the heart of our name. ALVIAS represents our strong belief that, with a people-centric approach and an entrepreneurial mindset, all paths 'viae' are possible.
